Great to meet you!

I specialize in trauma, depression and anxiety in young adults and adults specifically experiencing difficulty with life transitions (going to college, new job, divorce, having children, death of a loved one etc). As most people can relate, we all have felt sadness, overworked, overwhelmed and all other emotions that come with everyday stress (especially during the pandemic). Sometimes our emotions can be too much to handle on our own.

My approach to therapy

A therapeutic relationship is key in my approach to therapy. It is essential for me to meet clients where they are at. Adolescents and young adults, specifically, have a hard time with trust in adults. I work alongside the patient to be sure we have a therapeutic relationship first, before the good work can be done

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away the ability to feel less burdened with overwhelming emotions and feel comfort in processing emotions. As well as developing goals and objectives specific for their own journey
