Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing, clarity, and resilience. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can share your story without judgment while gaining tools and insight to create real change. I focus on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, using practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. Most importantly, I see therapy as a partnership—we’ll work together to move you toward the goals and life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is all about collaboration—I believe therapy works best when we figure things out together. I’ll meet you where you are and tailor each session to your needs, whether that means exploring what’s weighing you down or practicing practical tools to help you cope day-to-day. My style is supportive and encouraging, but I’ll also gently challenge you to see new perspectives when it’s helpful. I often draw from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to give you both insight and real, usable skills. Above all, I want our time together to feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can be open, grow, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

I always start by giving you the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll work together to set meaningful goals and take steps toward making them a reality. My style is warm and welcoming, so you’ll feel comfortable opening up while also feeling secure in the process. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, practical coping tools, and a renewed sense of confidence and hope. My aim is for each session to provide both encouragement and real strategies you can use in daily life.
