Great to meet you!

I earned my bachelors in Psychology and my masters in Professional Counseling, pursuing my dream of helping people create meaningful change in their lives. I have a passion for supporting individuals as they strengthen their relationships, build confidence, and develop the tools needed to communicate and cope more effectively. My work often focuses on helping clients navigate transitions – whether it's a career change, divorce, coparenting, or adjusting to blended family dynamics. My goal is to create a space for clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My style is interactive, open and empathic. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment in which my clients can feel safe to explore their emotions in order to reach their full potential. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, conversational and collaborative. Together, we will utilize cognitive behavioral and solution focused strategies to tackle their issues and make lasting change happen.

What you can expect from me

Clients will establish goals that we will use in order to measure success. Creating a feeling of empowerment and teaching skills and techniques to my clients is another way that we can measure success throughout the therapeutic process. Clients often feel less chaotic and in control as they work towards their goals.
