Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned a Master's Degree in Marriage, Family, and Childhood. I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered care. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and guide you throughout your healing journey. Building trust and creating a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship are essential parts of the process, which is why I incorporate attachment-based approaches to foster healing and growth. I know that feeling truly seen, heard, and understood is an important part of living an authentic and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I will gather a brief history and learn more about why you are seeking therapy and your goals for this process. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions you might have. I am honored to walk this journey with you.
