Jessica Watkins

I grew up in Boise, Idaho and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boise State University, along with a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and with in-home services and I love learning families’ and individuals’ strengths and helping meet others along their growth paths.

I trained in Cognitive Behavioral approaches in graduate school and have learned skills from Dialectical Behavioral therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.

Ideally, a client reports increased self-awareness, confidence in their decision making paired with less anxiety, and optimism for the future.
