Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and stress. I have a strong background in school-based counseling, and I bring that experience into my work by helping clients build emotional awareness, self-regulation skills, and confidence in handling everyday challenges.

I also have experience supporting individuals within the AAPI community, with an understanding of cultural identity, family dynamics, and the impact of generational trauma. I strive to approach this work with cultural sensitivity, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in your daily life.

I use an integrative approach to therapy that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, and solution-focused modalities. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment that focuses on both understanding your experiences and working toward meaningful, achievable change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your concerns, goals, and what led you to seek therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences while creating a safe, supportive space for you to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin outlining what you’d like to work on and what support might be most helpful moving forward.
