Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, and Certified Clinical Trauma professional, but more importantly a therapist who believes healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I combine heart, humor, and evidence-based techniques to help you make real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens, adults, and seniors, with a special focus on substance use, trauma, and challenges specific to women. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative, pulling from approaches like CBT, IFS, CPT, and the Gottman Method to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, healing old wounds, or just trying to feel more like you again, we’ll work together to build insight, confidence, and resilience. My approach is real, grounded in honesty, compassion, and a sense of humor.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported; no pressure, no judgment. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you here, what you’d like to work on, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll ask some questions to understand your story and together we’ll start setting goals that actually feel doable and meaningful.

You can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you can be yourself to slow down, reflect, and start making sense of what’s going on. My aim is for you to leave that first session feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and confident that you’ve got someone in your corner.
