Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jessica Wiley, MS, LPC, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I have a passion for walking alongside individuals as they heal, grow, and discover their true worth. With a background in counseling, life coaching, and wellness practices, I bring both professional expertise and a compassionate, faith-informed perspective to the therapeutic process.

In addition to my counseling work, I am the founder of Divine Blueprint Mindset, a practice dedicated to helping people heal emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can process your story, release what no longer serves you, and embrace the life you are meant to live. I believe healing is possible, and I count it an honor to guide and encourage my clients along the way.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and life transitions, and I believe in empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with themselves. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with holistic and spiritual tools like mindfulness, journaling, sound bowl healing, and faith-based support when desired.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll start by discussing what brought you to therapy and explore the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better—about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together—but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

Together, we’ll begin identifying immediate concerns, such as anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, and talk through strategies that can help bring you relief right away. I’ll also introduce you to the way I work—using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with holistic and faith-based tools if that’s something you’d like included.

By the end of your first session, you can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of the therapy process, a sense of support and direction, and at least one small, practical tool you can begin using between sessions. My goal is for you to feel heard, valued, and encouraged as we start this journey together.
