Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m Jessica Wilkins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting your truth, your story, and your growth. Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other life challenges. My mission is to reduce the stigma around mental health and expand access to compassionate, meaningful care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you. Every person and every story is unique, so our work together will be thoughtfully tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

I know the process can feel heavy at times, which is why I often use humor and imagery to help us connect, make sense of things, and keep the work grounded and approachable.

You can expect a safe, welcoming space where you’re free to show up exactly as you are, in whatever stage of life you’re in.

What you can expect from me

I believe any and everything can be a moment for personal growth. I aim to begin where clients are to understand and support them in moving towards the direction they desire. I look forward to hearing from and learning with you.
