Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica — and I'm really glad you found your way here.

I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2012, and in that time I've had the honor of sitting with people through some of their hardest seasons — anxiety, depression, PTSD, and everything life piles on in between. This work never gets old to me, because every person who walks in brings a story I've never heard before.

One thing I believe deeply: you already know yourself better than anyone. My job isn't to hand you a roadmap — it's to help you trust the one you already carry. I'll follow your lead, meet you where you are, and help you move in the direction you actually want to go.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn't have to be heavy every single minute. I bring humor and creativity into the room when it helps — because sometimes a good laugh or the right image cracks something open faster than anything else. I want our sessions to feel real, not clinical.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're carrying something you've never said out loud, working through a long chapter you're ready to close, or just trying to understand yourself better — there's room for all of it here. No pressure to have it figured out before you show up.

Mental health care should be accessible to everyone, and reducing the stigma around asking for help is something I care about personally. If you've been on the fence, consider this your sign.

I'd love to hear your story.
