Great to meet you!

Accepting new clients! Maybe you are experiencing difficulties in your day to day or are struggling with a life transition. You might be overwhelmed with relationships, responsibilities and tackling those to-do lists. Sometimes, life gets in the way of being able to handle stressors, relationships and even our own minds. I believe that our goals will not be to "fix" you, but to develop skills and strategies to manage strains and difficulties. I use compassionate, patient and trauma informed efforts to support you through these challenges.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with teenagers and adults. I enjoy supporting clients in developing effective skills that work for them, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed practices to support individuals and families through life transitions, grief, bereavement and periods of anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from me

During out first session, we will begin to explore our shared treatment expectations and your goals for starting therapy. We will work together to improve awareness and understanding of your surroundings and relationships.
