Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jessica Wilson. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of clinical experience. I have several treatment interests, one of which is working with those who are LGBTQ+ identifying. I provide gender-affirming care and guidance for those in alternative relationship styles. I also work with clients who suffer from trauma and PTSD. Finally, I work with individuals touched by neurodivergence- including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD).

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is open-minded, goal oriented, and based on areas of strength. I provide education and support to my clients, as well as empowerment and support to guide them in reaching their full potential.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance with a growth mindset. Together with my clients, goals are set for treatment followed by tangible action steps to help achieve long term, successful outcomes. At times, this means examining what has happened in the past that led to current events, then navigating a path forward. My approach is always trauma-informed and inclusive, and I consider myself as a guide on the journey to wholistic wellness.
