Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a PsyD in Behavioral Health Leadership and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, often incorporating family members to improve communication and relational patterns. I also work with professionals and athletes to strengthen mindset, reduce stress, and enhance performance using principles from mental performance and organizational psychology. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful, lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience. When working with adolescents, I often involve family members to strengthen communication and improve relational dynamics. With professionals and athletes, I draw from mental performance and organizational psychology to support mindset development, stress management, and performance enhancement. No matter the focus, I work at a pace that feels safe and empowering, helping clients feel seen, understood, and actively involved in their own growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we focus on building trust and understanding your goals. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and any patterns or challenges you’ve been navigating. I’ll walk you through my approach, answer any questions, and begin exploring what support and progress can look like for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and clear on our direction moving forward.
