Great to meet you!

I offer individual psychotherapy for all adults, but specialize in working with those navigating the intersection of neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, OCD) and complex trauma. Many of my clients have experienced years of feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or “too much,” often without a clear understanding of how their brain and nervous system work. My approach is both trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, helping clients build self-understanding, regulate their nervous systems, and move toward a greater sense of stability, clarity, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a space where you can bravely learn to survive your suffering, rebuild trust with yourself, cultivate healing and move towards flourishing. Using an eclectic collection of evidenced-based therapy approaches and a non-anxious presence, I model compassion and curiosity until you learn to implement them for yourself. I am a Licensed Therapist (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (CASDCS).

What you can expect from me

The relationship between therapist and client is sacred and significant. I don't take your vulnerability and trust lightly. Let's maximize our time together in order to help you gain insight and confidence to cope and embrace post-traumatic growth.
