Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am passionate about helping clients strengthen personal growth and relationships. My style is warm and collaborative, blending evidence-based tools with real world understanding in a relatable way. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and build tools that fit your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I work alongside clients to explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that support emotional balance and healthier relationships. I use trauma-informed and evidence based practices while remaining flexible to your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, current stressors, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process, at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences while also giving you space to share what feels most important. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of direction and next steps moving forward.
