Great to meet you!

I have 5 years of experience as a PMHNP as well as primary care as a FNP for 7 years, which gives me a unique perspective of how chronic comorbid medical conditions intertwine with mental health.

My approach to therapy

I take a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to care, with attention to both the details and the bigger picture. I believe it is important to understand not just what symptoms someone is experiencing, but also what may be contributing to them. This applies to my work in psychotherapy as well as medication management. When appropriate, I may order lab work to help rule out medical conditions that can mimic or worsen mental health symptoms. My goal is to approach each person’s concerns from all angles and develop a treatment plan that is careful, personalized, and grounded in a full understanding of their needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit will include a comprehensive history of your mental health and an inventory of your lifestyle and overall health. Together, we come up with a plan based on your goals, values, and preferences- always incorporating evidence-based interventions.
