Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessie! A Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of experience helping families, kids, teens, and parents navigate life’s challenges. As a Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist and trained in EMDR, I specialize in supporting families through parenting stress, childhood behavior challenges, and teen emotional health.

I believe small moments create lasting connections. Whether you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, a teen struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD, or a couple looking to reconnect, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll use evidence-based approaches to strengthen your relationships, build confidence, and create a more peaceful home life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide guidance, tools, and strategies that help you and your family thrive. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering experience. Using a warm and engaging approach, I incorporate Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to improve behavior and strengthen parent-child relationships, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help manage anxiety and depression.

Every family is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your specific needs. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and confident in taking steps toward positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave each session with practical strategies, a deeper understanding of your emotions and relationships, and a renewed sense of confidence in handling life’s challenges. My goal is to equip you with tools that create meaningful, lasting change—because it’s often the small moments that have the biggest impact on you and your family’s happiness and connection.

Sessions are focused on real solutions—whether that’s strengthening your parenting approach, building emotional resilience, improving communication in relationships, or learning techniques to manage stress. By making small, intentional shifts in daily life, you can create lasting, positive change. Most importantly, you’ll feel heard, supported, and empowered to take manageable steps toward a happier and more connected life.
