Great to meet you!

I am a Master’s level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years experience providing counseling and therapy services. I work primarily with adults and adolescents, and also have experience with children and families. Primary areas of interest include: adjustment to life changes, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, stress, parenting support and support with relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is key and I’ll spend time building a connection with you. Therapy is a collaborative journey and my intention is to walk beside you.

What you can expect from me

First, we’ll get acquainted, discuss your therapy questions/preferences, and review relevant background. You can lead the conversation or I’ll guide you through a more structured intake. Next, we‘ll explore what goals you have for therapy & life as well as challenges you face.

Over time, we‘ll work together toward increased emotional and response awareness, learning and using new skills, decreasing responses that don’t serve you, and nurturing the connections that matter most to you.
