Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice as an MA, licensed psychotherapist in Boulder, CO since 1991 and also hold an MA in Art History and Museum Studies. Additionally, I am a certified Life Coach. Most close to my heart are my three beautiful children, whom I single-parented, and my 3 beautiful grandchildren.

My lifelong practice of meditation allows me to remain in unconditionally accepting, empathetic space, holding your inherent wisdom, yearnings and wholeness as a guiding principle.

My approach to therapy

We will work together reawakening your intrinsic wholeness, and in doing so you will recover healing and growth from life’s wounds, sorrows and setbacks. .This naturally inspires your journey of exploration, discovery, and unfolding.

Discovering kindness toward yourself, you will replace limiting perspectives with fresh options and possibilities. As you begin to untangle the inner and external knots that bind you, you will discover that living authentically is the key to a deeply rewarding life.

What you can expect from me

I will help you cultivate gentleness and compassion for yourself and empower confidence and comfort, meaning and fulfillment in your life. Through deepening the connection with yourself you will develop greater self-awareness and genuine self-expression. This will support you in moving through life’s obstacles with understanding and insight.

You will learn to identify, understand and disempower self-defeating thought patterns and outdated behaviors, and replace these with fresh, healthy choices.
