Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) with over 10 years of working with youth, adults, and families. I work with clients and families navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, identity exploration, and meaning making. I am trained in evidenced-based therapies such as EMDR and I-CBT.

My approach to therapy

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling truly seen, understood, and accepted.

What you can expect from me

My style is collaborative, warm, and client-centered. In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and create a foundation for exploring your experiences and making sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Some clients come to therapy with specific goals, while others are looking for a space to process and better understand themselves. Wherever you're starting from, I will meet you where you are and work alongside you to create a path forward that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
