Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), and over a decade of experience in community-based mental health and family support services. I’m also a parent, which gives me firsthand insight into how deeply parenting can bring up our own past—and how powerful it can be as a path for healing.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment-based practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I specialize in supporting parents and caregivers who want to break generational cycles, manage stress and emotional triggers, and build more intentional, connected relationships with their children.

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—combining clinical expertise with compassion and real-life understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing is a lifelong journey—one that parenting often brings to the surface. I draw from trauma-informed, attachment-based practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore the connection between their past experiences and present-day challenges. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reflect, gain insight, and learn practical tools to support both your healing and your parenting. I believe in honoring your story while also empowering you to create new patterns that support the kind of parent—and person—you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of how their own upbringing influences their parenting. Together, we’ll work on breaking generational cycles, building more secure parent-child relationships, and creating space for healing and growth. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered to parent with intention and compassion.
