Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), and over a decade of experience in community-based mental health and family support services. I’m also a parent, which gives me firsthand insight into how deeply parenting can bring up our own past—and how powerful it can be as a path for healing.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment-based practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I specialize in supporting parents and caregivers who want to break generational cycles, manage stress and emotional triggers, and build more intentional, connected relationships with their children.
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—combining clinical expertise with compassion and real-life understanding.
