Great to meet you!

You might feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand—whether it’s from past trauma, ongoing anxiety, relationship stress, or trouble sleeping. It can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own.

I’ve spent nearly a decade helping adults work through trauma, PTSD, depression, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and start moving forward with more clarity and control.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand how past experiences and current stressors are connected—and how those patterns show up in daily life.

Together, we’ll build insight, develop tools that actually work, and create meaningful change. I use approaches like CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, while keeping therapy personalized and focused on your goals.

What you can expect from me

It’s completely normal to feel nervous about starting therapy.

In our first session, we’ll take things at your pace. We’ll talk through what’s been going on and what you’re hoping for—without pressure to say things perfectly. You don’t need to prepare ahead of time. My role is to help you feel comfortable and supported from the start.
