Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jessie, and I am excited to speak to you about your healing journey. I graduated from Liberty University with my bachelor’s and master’s degree, and have been working in the mental health field since 2013. I love being able to walk along side clients to work through challenges and difficulties, past or present, and assist them in learning new skills or gaining new insight.

My approach to therapy

I focus on a very person-centered approach to treatment. I focus on building a genuine relationship and connection with clients. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and solution focused techniques to assist clients during treatment.

What you can expect from me

The goal for each session is to work on increasing healthy thoughts and insight, as well as practicing skills to help each client reach their potential in gaining confidence and knowledge to better handle challenging situations.
