Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style that empowers clients to build resilience and achieve lasting growth. I specialize in supporting military families, young adults, and couples seeking deeper connection.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strength-based interventions to help individuals and couples navigate challenges and achieve meaningful change. I emphasize building resilience, improving communication, and fostering self-awareness in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. For clients who benefit from movement and connection with nature, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy as an alternative to traditional office sessions. My goal is to create a safe space that empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive in their personal and relational lives.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a partnership, where the relationship itself becomes a powerful tool for healing and growth. My priority is creating an environment where clients feel understood, valued, and supported. In that safe space, clients can explore their struggles openly, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
