Great to meet you!

H.E.R.O.E.S. Therapy (Helping Each-other Recognize Our Extraordinary Selves) offers a fun & creative way to explore mental health through popular culture, and gain skills needed to fight the villians and monsters that haunt all of us. If you identify as a nerd, geek, introvert, outcast, weirdo, etc., I am here for you. We'll discuss favorite characters from books, movies, shows, video games, & social media. We will play alongside each other and use real-world moments to gain insight into behavior, emotions, sensations, & thoughts.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, personal relationships, and other mental health concerns, who want to move away from self doubt, and find meaning & purpose in their lives. I use Evidence-Based Practices such as CBT, ACT, & Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

Everyone deserves to be seen, understood, and cared about in this life. I am here to help support you and your natural support network to create the fulfilling life that you want. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we're a good fit.
