Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessie, a compassionate therapist dedicated to women's mental health. The majority of my clients are Mamas, first responder wives, nurses, or counselors. Many come to me for support in their closest relationships and to work on resolving personal hurts or negative beliefs. I love supporting women to grow in themselves and in their relationships. As a Christian Mama to three kiddos five and under, and an officer's wife, I have a unique lived experience handling life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

As an eclectic and holistic therapist, I pull from several different methods including CBT, EMDR, client-centered, and mindfulness. One of my biggest strengths is my ability to connect with and support you as you face life's difficulties. With a profound background in trauma work, I hold a keen understanding of the impact of past experiences on present emotions. I will meet you where you are, challenge your thinking, and help you grow in your confidence and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

My clients quickly find a strong and connected therapeutic relationship that allows enough comfort to vulnerably discuss not only life's day to day difficulties but also their deepest fears and pains.
