Great to meet you!

Once a previous skeptic, the quality of my personal and professional life significantly improved through therapy once I learned to trust the process and invest in myself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Domestic Violence Specialist, with a master's degree in Counselor Education. I am a US Army veteran and have worked extensively with Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Issues, and challenging adolescent behaviors with civilian and military families.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to aid my clients in developing methods that allow for relief from their difficulties and grow those methods with insight and empowerment to work through challenges.
