You deserve a space where healing isn't just a goal, but a reality.

You deserve more than just counseling; you deserve a tailored, integrated approach that truly hears you. I'm here to guide you through life's challenges, providing not just relief but genuine happiness and inner peace. Drawing from my five years of teaching, I've witnessed the transformative power of understanding emotions and gaining vital life skills.

In every phase of life, growth and healing are not just possible but your birthright. Seeking support is a courageous step towards a brighter future. Counseling, though challenging, brings immense rewards. Let's navigate this path together, forging a path towards your best self.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients struggling with depression or anxiety related to their life, relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
