Great to meet you!

For more than twenty‐five years, martial arts have shaped how I understand resilience, presence, and the mind‐body connection. That training taught me how to meet intensity with steadiness — a skill I bring directly into my work as a therapist. I am a wounded healer with lived experience of trauma, and I approach therapy with grounded compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I am an affirming ally to the LGBTQ+ community and offer a sex‐positive, kink‐aware space for clients exploring identity, relationships, and sexual wellness. My priority is creating a therapeutic environment where people feel safe, seen, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety disorders, and I’ve supported clients across a wide spectrum of concerns. My style is collaborative and individualized: I lean into problem‐solving, helping clients understand what’s happening internally, and tailoring treatment plans to their specific goals. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness‐based practices, and integrative approaches that support both emotional and somatic healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as steady, intuitive, and deeply present. I believe healing is not about perfection — it’s about reclaiming your voice, expanding your choices, and building a life that feels aligned with who you are.
