Great to meet you!

I have a passion for supporting others in transforming their thinking so they can transform their lives. I pursued an MSW degree to better understand the interaction between an individual and their environment, recognizing the influence of both on each other. I have a strengths-based approach to therapy and primarily work with young adults and women.

My approach to therapy

The focus of my practice is mental health and emotional well-being. I use a strengths-based approach to support young adults and women on their quest to become unstuck when facing challenges. I work to accomplish this by restoring confidence, supporting a positive mental health journey, renewing a sense of empowerment by identifying personal assets, using evidence-based practices to improve social-emotional wellbeing, and working collaboratively to enrich the relationship with oneself, and ultimately with others.

What you can expect from me

Through my work, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative partnership that will lead to a rediscovery of their inner strengths and personal assets. The theme of my practice, Nouveaux Possibilities LLC, exists to support clients with recognizing new potential within themselves!
