Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessyca Nelle, LCMHC — founder & Lead Therapist of Roots to Rising, PLLC. With over 15 years of experience, I provide compassionate, individualized care for children, teens, adults, and families. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and build the tools to move forward with confidence. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have additional training in trauma-informed care, attachment-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, parenting support, and helping individuals and families break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're an adult working through the effects of childhood experiences, a parent navigating generational patterns, or a child or teen struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, or family dynamics — you’re not alone.

Together, we create a supportive space to explore feelings, identify goals, and develop strategies that foster growth, confidence, and healthier coping skills.

What you can expect from our first session

At Roots to Rising, our mission is Healing Generations, Empowering Futures. That means not only addressing current challenges, but also supporting lasting change that positively impacts future generations. You deserve to feel supported and empowered as you heal, grow, and build the life you want—for yourself, your children, and your family.
