Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to happiness, balance, and overall stability in life. Reaching out for support can often be one of the most difficult steps—so congratulations on taking that important first move. I’ve been working in the mental health field for the past 12 years, primarily with children and adolescents. Recently, I’ve felt called to shift my focus toward supporting individuals in early to mid-adulthood. This stage of life brings its own unique challenges and transitions, and I’m passionate about helping clients navigate them with resilience, insight, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

You deserve an approach to care that’s tailored to your individual needs and experiences. Once we decide to work together, we’ll become partners in your therapeutic journey. Open communication and mutual respect are at the heart of my practice. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I’ll be there to listen, challenge, and encourage you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, a chance for you to share your story, express what brings you to therapy, and talk about the goals you hope to achieve. We’ll take the time to explore these together, with no pressure to have it all figured out right away. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe to be open and vulnerable. From that foundation of trust and comfort, we’ll move forward at your pace—working together in each session to make your goals a reality.
