As a first generation male Latino, my life experiences have given me deep insight into a wide range of life experiences, including confronting cultural norms and barriers while also having to adopt to societal norms. Being the first in my family to seek higher education. I had to break ground and create my own path while having confront life obstacles such as, breaking cultural norms, understanding the importance of mental and physical health, taking steps to ask for help, overcoming vices.

I understand that seeking therapy can be overwhelming and challenging in finding the right therapist. I believe in building a strong partnership with clients that can focus on strengthening who they are, so that their needs can be met.
