Great to meet you!

Sometimes life feels heavy in ways that are hard to put into words, and you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) who works with teens and adults including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. I bring empathy and sincerity to our work while supporting clients navigating anxiety, identity and life transitions, trauma, men's mental health, and related challenges such as depression, substance use, grief, and the ways people cope when life feels overwhelming or disconnected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and supportive. I strive to create a warm, respectful space where you feel heard and understood. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), while also incorporating interventions from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other holistic approaches. My goal is to understand you and tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions together will be focused on getting to know each other, gathering information and understanding your current needs to determine if this is a good fit. We’ll review what’s been happening in your life, identify goals , and address any questions you have about the process. I strive to cultivate a space of honesty and understanding, so you leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of the next steps in our work together.
