Great to meet you!

Growing up in the U.S. Virgin Islands, I learned early that strength means pushing through and that asking for help was not something people talked about. I know what it costs to carry things in silence. And I know what it feels like to finally find a space where you do not have to.

I am Jeveyne, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor rooted in Caribbean values of community, resilience, and showing up for each other. I work with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, stress, maternal mental health, relationship challenges, and the quiet work of figuring out who you are and what you need. My space is warm, affirming, and built for real conversations not just clinical ones.

My approach to therapy

I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and I shape the work around what you actually need right now. Some clients need tools and structure. Others need space to finally say the thing they have been holding. I bring cultural awareness into everything, because who you are and where you come from are never separate from how you heal.

What you can expect from me

You have already done the hardest part by deciding to come. I will take it from there. Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan to support your growth and well-being.
