Great to meet you!
I earned my clinical psychology doctoral degree from the American School of Professional Psychology and I have been practicing for over 25 years. I understand that, as a therapist, I get to be present for my clients during some of the most challenging times of their lives. I believe that helping them feel seen and heard is at the core of healing and improving quality of life and recognizes the special privilege of giving people a sense of safety in moments of distress and vulnerability. As a trauma-informed therapist, I integrate eclectic and holistic approaches to meet clients where they are and help them successfully navigate challenges. My goal is to provide as much support as my clients require to help them meet their needs with empathy and care while moving towards reducing the amount of interventions needed as therapy goals are met.
