Great to meet you!

I am the CEO and founder of The Ultimate Choice Consulting, LLC, and TUCC Initiative, a nonprofit organization. I am an experienced clinician who is always looking for ways to grow and strengthen my therapeutic skills. I currently hold credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, and Certified Mediator.

My approach to therapy

I use Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, and I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I work with clients ranging from 13 years old through older adulthood, and I believe change is possible even when life feels overwhelming. I am committed to putting my clients’ best interests first and helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion, creativity, and care while staying grounded in strong ethical values. My approach is person-centered. I know therapy is not cookie-cutter; you have to understand each individual and work with them accordingly.

What you can expect from me

With more than 20 years of experience, I bring dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to quality to my work. Outside of my professional life, I am an active member of my church. I enjoy mentoring young adults, painting, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
