Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, client-centered LCSW who works with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and other emotional challenges. I provide a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being open and authentic about what you’re experiencing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with empathy, understanding, and practical tools tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be holding you back, build on your existing strengths, and develop strategies to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, and you don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before our first session. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying what feels most important to you and explore your goals for therapy. We’ll then work collaboratively to develop an approach that feels meaningful, manageable, and tailored to your individual needs.
