Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of treatment settings, including inpatient and outpatient. Most recently, I have specialized in working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and strengths. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and flexible, meeting clients where they are while helping them build practical skills and deeper self-understanding. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment- and family-systems-informed perspectives to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and support meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll review your history, explore the concerns that brought you to therapy, and collaborate to identify your goals and areas for growth. I take a holistic approach, recognizing the many factors that contribute to your well-being, and strive to create a supportive, comfortable environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.
