Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC who specializes in disability, chronic pain, trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I graduated from Suffolk University with an Masters of Science in mental health counseling.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, person-based approach to therapy. I incorporate bodywork into my practice and help clients engage in natural support while building strengths for greater coping skills. I appreciate clients who are engaged and ready to work on themselves, whatever form that takes for them.

What you can expect from me

My intake process reviews physical, social, and emotional history. I do this primarily so that the client and I are on the same page. They always have the right to decline to answer or pass on a subject. I work with each client to identify topics they want to discuss or goals they want to reach. If the client believes worksheets would be useful, I offer extra activities.
