Great to meet you!

"I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing on evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. As a therapist who values cultural diversity, I am committed to supporting people of color and others who may not always feel represented or understood in traditional mental health spaces. Together, we will work at your pace to build coping skills, resilience, and a sense of empowerment in your life."

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I strive to create a collaborative and supportive space where individuals and families feel empowered to share openly and work toward their goals. My style blends warmth with structure, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness practices. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or relationship challenges, while also supporting those navigating school, career, or major life transitions. With experience providing individual, group, and family therapy across school, home, and community settings, I adapt my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I am also committed to culturally responsive care, ensuring that individuals from diverse backgrounds feel respected, understood, and supported in their healing journey

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our sessions to be a supportive, judgment-free space where their voice is central to the work we do together. My goal is for each person to leave with practical tools they can use in daily life—whether that means strategies for managing stress and anxiety, improving communication, or navigating difficult transitions. I also focus on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier coping skills. For many, this may include addressing the weight of family stress, unresolved conflict, or patterns of generational trauma that continue to impact present relationships. Together, we will work toward breaking cycles, creating healthier dynamics, and fostering a stronger sense of balance and empowerment.
