Great to meet you!

I understand that life’s challenges are unique and complex to all individuals. As a fully certified Counselor serving the New York area, I’m here to help you find yourself and realize your full potential. If you’re feeling lost or stressed, I’ll show you how to move forward in a mindful manner.

My approach to therapy

I began my career in mental health working with an intensive community treatment team to support individuals with severe mental illnesses. Through these experiences and others has shaped the path I am on. When working with other my approach is supportive and goal-oriented while helping clients build confidence and challenging their mindsets.

What you can expect from me

When working with me, you will recognize that I am always encouraging you to learn how to trust your voice. During the intake process, we will talk about your current stressors and the coping strategies you have employed thus far. The most important part of the process is building trust and creating a plan to help you on your journey to achieving your goals.
