Great to meet you!

My passion lies in helping individuals navigate personal struggles such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management and more. With over seven years of experience, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, mental health, and systems of support to each counseling relationship. Through this understanding, it is possible to work together to create a new functioning normal that does not prohibit day-to-day activities.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are-with empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental presence-and empowering them to tap into their inner strengths and resilience. My counseling approach is integrative, drawing from evidenced-based practices such as CBT, SFT, and strengths-based methods, while always tailoring care to the unique needs of each individual.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to fostering a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and guided toward meaningful change. My goal is to help individuals not only cope with challenges, but also grow beyond them, achieving improved mental health and personal fulfillment.
