Great to meet you!

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. As a licensed therapist practicing in both California and New York, I believe deeply in the inherent resilience and transformative potential within every individual. I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. Throughout my clinical practice, I have supported clients across all life stages in navigating complex emotional challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, while empowering them to cultivate healthy, fulfilling interpersonal relationships.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a collaborative and person-centered philosophy. I integrate a range of specialized treatments - including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) - to ensure our work aligns with your specific needs and goals. Together, we will explore the emotional complexities of your journey with curiosity and empathy, moving toward a greater sense of agency and an improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients share with me that they feel understood, not judged, and empowered from our first sessions. My goal is to help you navigate perceived challenges and enhance your current strengths. When you work with me, you are choosing someone who is dedicated to walking through the healing journey along with you. I look forward to meeting you.
