Hello! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from Purdue and Indiana University. I am also a Veteran of Combat Medicine and published Author. My philosophy of practice is Holistic. I specialize in ADHD, Depression and Anxiety.
Initial appointment will consist of a thorough assessment and evaluation (complexity of case may require two different appointments). After completed evaluation, patient receives a visit summary and outline of treatment plan. No show late cancel policy will be upheld $200.
