Great to meet you!

For the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of working with women navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, and difficult life transitions. A core focus of my practice is helping women heal from betrayal trauma—supporting you as you rebuild your life, regain your sense of self, and navigate complex marital or relationship dynamics. I also work closely with adoptive families and teenagers; as a mother who adopted two of my daughters from Ukraine when they were teens, I bring both deep personal understanding and clinical insight to the unique journey of adoption.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I combine evidence-based practices like CBT with EMDR, somatic (body-centered) techniques, and experiential art to help deepen and enhance your healing. My goal is to offer a collaborative, grounded space where you feel truly heard and supported as we navigate the complex mind-body connection behind stress and trauma.

Before becoming an LPC, I worked in scientific research at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). I use my background in molecular biology and how the brain works as my structure while providing a warm, caring environment that helps women feel engaged and cared for to create a therapeutic path can begin to process their difficulties, process trauma, and heal.

What you can expect from me

During our first session you can expect a safe space to share your concerns and story, ask questions and begin creating a therapeutic plan tailored to your needs to start you on your healing journey.
