Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with women and mothers experiencing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable, yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to navigate changing roles and relationships.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I primarily use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to help clients understand how relationships, communication patterns, and life changes impact emotional well-being. I also incorporate mindfulness to support emotional regulation and present-moment awareness, along with solution-focused strategies to help clients identify strengths, build confidence, and create practical steps toward change.

Clients often describe me as calm, validating, and easy to talk to, while still providing structure and direction. Therapy with me is a space to feel heard, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and balance.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences at their own pace. Building trust is foundational, and I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and never pressured to open up before they’re ready.

At the same time, I value a structured and intentional approach to therapy. When appropriate, we work together to set clear goals, use evidence-based strategies, and track progress so clients can see meaningful growth over time. I aim to balance reflection and emotional processing with practical tools that support real-life change.

I also believe in empowering clients beyond the therapy session by offering additional resources, skills, and strategies that can be used between sessions to reinforce progress and build long-term resilience.

My goal is to meet each client where they are while providing guidance, clarity, and support toward greater confidence, balance, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process.

I’ll spend time learning about your current stressors, relationships, and life circumstances, while also making sure you feel comfortable and supported. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss how my approach may support those goals. You may leave the first session with initial insights, grounding tools, or resources, but the primary focus is creating clarity, safety, and a plan for moving forward.
