Great to meet you!
When a former supervisor, knowing my strengths, suggested I explore clinical social work, I wondered, “How can I be a therapist?” My life certainly hadn’t been perfect. I'd faced many challenges. Yet, I was ready for a change. Her words had made a difference to motivate a change.
What I discovered in graduate school was, when faced with life's challenges, it mattered most how one met them, not their non-existence.
I graduated with my Master of Social Work (MSW) form Southern Connecticut State University and became credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Now as a clinician I offer compassionate, client-centered care to adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
