I am a licensed mental health counselor and I have worked in a variety of settings including schools for over 24 years. I am here to help you navigate the challenges of life, whether they are interpersonal, family, or work related. I will help you cope with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, transitions, strengthen family communication, set limits, and increase your confidence.
