Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jill! I received my education at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with issues of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is focusing on the therapeutic relationship and building trust. As we process, we'll identify behavioral patterns and strengthen coping skills. I hope to connect with my clients to assist in growing and better understanding themselves. I utilize a variety of therapy approaches to best fit the client's needs.

What you can expect from me

The environment I create is empathic, collaborative, and gently challenging. I hope to provide honesty and consistency and would love to work with you and help reach your goals.
